Stocks, securities, and similar items cannot be listed for sale in the MarketStop MarketPlace.  This is because the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulates the sale of said items.  It is forbidden to find investors or raise capital in the MarketStop MarketPlace.

 Permitted Listings Model

  • Information about how to start, run, and/or manage a business
  • Turn-key businesses
  • Inventory, electrical fixtures, business office furniture, leases, equipment
  • 100% of a business where no stock transfer is involved

 Conditional Allowances Model

  • Single-share stock for gifts only, not investment
    • Certificates must be annotated and marketed as non-transferable
    • The minimum sale value is over double the exchange mercantilism value of the underlying single share security
  • Canceled, collectible stock certificates
  • Stock certificates of entities that no longer exist

 Prohibited Listings Model

  • Credit
  • Business deal money investment propositions
  • Portions of currently operating businesses
  • Prevailing investment documentation proving said investment
  • Real estate titles or notes
  • Anything that involves a transfer of stock
  • Insurance policies, liens, and/or any type of investments where stock is involved
